一株高效降解青霉素菌的筛选及鉴定

    摘要:

    从青霉素生产企业附近的土壤中筛选出耐受青霉素钠质量浓度为20 g/L的菌株,利用高效液相色谱法筛选到一株高效降解青霉素钠的菌株Anti-Pen20。根据菌落及菌体形态特征和基于18S rRNA基因序列的分析鉴定,结果表明,菌株Anti-Pen20属粘质红酵母属(Rhodotorula mucilaginosa)。当菌株Anti-Pen20的接种体积分数为15%、青霉素钠初始质量浓度为20 g/L时,30 °C恒温培养24 h,对青霉素钠的降解率可达到85%。菌株Anti-Pen20在高质量浓度的青霉素钠培养基中表现出高效的降解率,有望应用于高质量浓度青霉素钠菌渣的处理回收,为Anti-Pen20在动物饲料添加剂以及果业中作为防病变添加剂的应用提供研究依据。

    Abstract:

    Strains tolerant of 20 g/L penicillin sodium were screened from the soil near the penicillin production company. A strain named Anti-Pen20 with highly efficient degradation of penicillin sodium was screened by high performance liquid chromatography. Based on the colony, cell morphological characteristics and the analysis of the 18S rRNA gene sequence, the strain Anti-Pen20 was found to belong to the genus Rhodotorula mucilaginosa. The degradation rate of penicillin sodium was 85% after culturing 24 h at 30 ℃ when Anti-Pen20 was inoculated with 15% and the initial concentration of sodium penicillin was 20 g/L. Anti-Pen20 showed high degradation rate in high concentration penicillin sodium medium, which is expected to be applied to the recovery of high concentration penicillin sodium slag, also provides research basis for the application of Anti-Pen20 as an additive for disease prevention in animal feed and fruit industry.
