      近年来,由扩展青霉(Penicillium expansum)引起的柑橘病害日益严重,目前对于柑橘采后病原菌侵染的研究主要以指状青霉(P. digitatum)和意大利青霉(P. italicum)为主,而对P. expansum侵染柑橘条件的研究还未见相关文献报道。本研究以实验室前期筛选鉴定的P. expansum H1为研究对象,研究了不同温度、保湿时间和菌龄对P. expansum H1侵染柑橘的影响,结果表明,P. expansum H1在25°C时潜育期最短,侵染能力最强,4°C时P. expansum H1侵染能力受到抑制;保湿时间越长,越有利于P. expansum H1侵染柑橘;菌龄也会影响P. expansum H1侵染柑橘,不同菌龄的P. expansum H1侵染能力高低排序为:培养7 d>培养11d>培养15 d>培养9 d>培养3 d。
英文摘要:
      Recent years, citrus disease caused by Penicillium expansum has become increasingly serious, which is responsible for important economic losses to citrus producing areas. At present, the researches on the infection of postharvest pathogens in citrus was mainly based on P. digitatum and P. italicum. However, the study on the conditions of P. expansum infecting citrus have not been reported. In this study, the strain of P. expansum H1 was chosen as the research object, which was isolated by our laboratory, and the effects of different temperatures, wetness duration and fungus age on P. expansum H1 infecting citrus were investigated. The results showed that P. expansum H1 had the shortest incubation period and the strongest infectivity at 25℃. The infectivity of P. expansum H1 to citrus was inhibited at 4℃, longer wetness duration was beneficial to P. expansum H1 infection of citrus, the fungus age also affected P. expansum H1 infecting citrus. The order of infectivity to citrus was cultured for 7 d>cultured for 11 d>cultured for 15 d>cultured for 9 d>cultured for 3 d.
