      以甲壳素为原料制备可回收型抗菌材料,研究其抗菌效果,提高甲壳素在食品抑菌保藏等领域的应用。通过溶胶-凝胶、原位合成两步法制备银-磁性甲壳素微球,以大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌为对象,对其基本特性及抗菌性能进行表征评价。结果表明,材料呈三维多孔纳米纤维状球形,磁珠与纳米银嵌于纤维结构之中,纳米银能够快速、持续释放,对两种试验菌可通过破坏细菌结构完整性实现浓度相关性抗菌效果。
英文摘要:
      A new recoverable antibacterial microspheres was fabricated by chitin, and the antibacterial effect of microsphere was studied to extend the application of chitin in fields such as food bacteriostatic preservation. Silver-magnetic chitin microspheres (Ag-Fe3O4-NMs) were prepared by sol-gel method and in-situ synthesis method. The basic characteristics of the microspheres were characterized and the antibacterial effect of microsphere was studied on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The results showed that the antibacterial agent is 3D-porous nanofibrous spheres, magnetic beads and AgNPs are embedded in the fiber structure. The AgNPs in the microspheres can be released quickly and continuously, which showed a concentration-dependent antibacterial effects on the two test bacteria by destroying the structural integrity of the bacteria.
