      为了研究参花对小鼠认知辨别能力的影响,对其进行了成分分析并进行了行为学实验测试。小鼠按体重随机分为空白组,东莨菪碱模型组,吡拉西坦阳性组(400 mg/kg),参花低、中、高剂量组(75、150、450 mg/kg)。每天灌胃给药30 min后腹腔注射1 mg/kg东莨菪碱造模。30 d后小鼠进行旷场实验、新物体识别实验、Y迷宫、Morris水迷宫、避暗实验等行为学实验。结果表明与模型组相比,参花组能够显著增加小鼠在旷场中心区域活动的时间(P<0.05),在新物体识别实验中能显著提高小鼠的辨别指数(P<0.05),在Y迷宫实验中能显著增加自发交替(P<0.01),在Morris水迷宫空间探索实验中能显著减少小鼠的逃避潜伏期(P<0.01),同时显著增加小鼠在平台所在区域的穿越次数(P<0.05)和累计时间(P<0.05)。在避暗实验测试期中能显著增加小鼠进入暗室的潜伏期(P<0.05)和降低错误次数(P<0.05)。综上结果可知参花能够提高小鼠的认知辨别能力。

      To investigate the effect of sea cucumber ovum on the cognitive ability of mice, the composition of sea cucumber ovum was analyzed and the behavioral experiment was tested. Mice were randomly divided into blank control group, scopolamine model group, piracetam positive group (400 mg/kg), sea cucumber ovum low, medium and high dose groups (75, 150, 450 mg/kg). The mice were intragastrically injected with 1 mg/kg scopolamine after 30 minutes of daily oral gavage. After 30 days, the mice began behavioral experiments such as Open field test, Novel object recognition test, Y maze test, Morris water maze test, and Dark avoidance test. The results show that compared with the model group, the sea cucumber ovum group can significantly increase the time of mice in the center of the open field (P <0.05), and can significantly improve the discrimination index of mice in Novel object recognition test (P <0.05). In the Y maze test, it can significantly increase the spontaneous alternation (P <0.01). In the Morris water maze space exploration experiment, it can significantly reduce the escape latency of mice (P <0.01), and significantly increase the number of mice crossing in the platform area (P <0.05) and the cumulative time of the platform area(P <0.05 ). In the dark avoidance test, it can significantly increase the latency (P <0.05) and significantly reduce the number of errors (P <0.05). Based on the above results, sea cucumber ovum can improve the cognitive ability of mice.
