      采用截断分子质量200 Da的纳滤膜对具有抗氧化活性的玉米糖肽进行脱盐处理,通过对膜通量、电导率、Na+含量、脱盐率、短肽回收率和纳滤后产物抗氧化活性等参数的研究,确定玉米糖肽的纳滤除盐工艺。实验结果表明:利用200 Da 纳滤膜对玉米糖肽脱盐的工艺条件为:压力20 bar、频率50 Hz、温度20 ℃、纳滤5次,每次体积浓缩倍数为2。在此条件下,玉米糖肽的脱盐率为81.60%,短肽回收率达96.73%,截留液的电导率降低33.86%,玉米糖肽的羟基自由基清除率提高40.89%,而1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼和亚铁离子螯合率分别降低11.83%和46.07%。同时,200Da纳滤膜还可以除去反应体系中50%未反应的D-氨基葡萄糖,起到脱盐、脱糖和浓缩的三重作用。

      In the present work, the antioxidant corn glycopeptide was desalted by nanofiltration membrame with molecular weight cut-off 200 Da, and membrane flux, conductivity, Na+ content, desalination rate, recovery rate of short peptide and antioxidant activities of the desalted products were studies to determine the nanofiltration parameters of corn glycopeptides. The results showed that the conditions for desalination of corn glycopeptides using a 200 Da nanofiltration membrane were: pressure, 20 bar; frequency, 50 Hz; temperature, 20 °C; nanofiltration 5 times, and volumetric concentration factor of each nanofiltration, 2. Under this condition, the desalting rate of corn glycopeptide was 81.60%, the recovery rate of short peptide was 96.73%, the conductivity of the retentatewas was decreased by 33.86%, the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of corn glycopeptide was increased by 40.89%, the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging rate and ferrous ion chelating capacity were decreased by 11.83%.and 46.07%, respectively. Moreover, the unreacted D-glucosamine in the reaction system was removed 50% by the 200 Da nanofiltration membrane, suggesting the nanofiltration membrane plays the triple role of desalination and desugarization as well as concentration.
