      分析黑果枸杞和红果枸杞代谢物的差异。利用液相色谱质谱联用技术(LC-MS)分析其代谢产物。共检测出6982个代谢物,包括负离子2704个,正离子4278个;主成分分析(PCA)分析发现,黑果枸杞和红果枸杞可以被区分开;对差异代谢物的分析发现,2者共有501个差异代谢物,其中表达量前50的差异代谢物中有7种是黄酮类物质,6种是氨基酸和多肽类物质;11个代谢通路被显著富集,其中4个和氨基酸代谢相关。本研究为深入了解枸杞中的氨基酸代谢以及对黑果枸杞和红果枸杞的差异利用提供一定依据。
英文摘要:
      The differences of metabolites between Lycium ruthenicum Murr. and Lycium barbarum L. were compared. Its metabolites were analyzed by liquid chromatography mass spectrometry technique (LC-MS). A total of 6498 metabolites were detected, including 2704 negative ions and 4278 positive ions. Principle component analysis(PCA) displayed that Lycium barbarum L. and Lycium ruthenicum Murr.Scould be distinguished. The analysis of differential metabolites showed that there were 501 differential metabolites in total, Among them, the top 50 significant differential metabolites including 7 flavonoids and 6Amino acids, peptides;11 significant metabolic pathways were obtained,including 4 related to amino acid metabolism.This study provides a basis forSin-depth understanding of the biosynthesis of amino acid metabolism and the differential utilization of Lycium ruthenicum Murr. and Lycium barbarum L. .
