      建立甜瓜产地判别模型,为甜瓜原产地溯源提供理论依据。本研究采集新疆哈密、吐鲁番、巴州和阿克苏的甜瓜样品,采用热电离质谱仪和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定锶同位素(87Sr/86Sr)和多种矿质元素含量,结合化学计量学主成分分析和判别分析建立产地判别模型,对新疆不同产地甜瓜进行判别分析。多重比较结果表明,哈密甜瓜铝、铁和铷的含量显著高于吐鲁番、巴州和阿克苏等地;巴州甜瓜钙和钠的含量显著高于吐鲁番、哈密和阿克苏等地。巴州和阿克苏甜瓜87Sr/86Sr显著高于哈密和吐鲁番。选取87Sr/86Sr和8种矿质元素(钙、钾、钠、钒、铬、镍、砷和铷)建立的判别模型,四个产地甜瓜回代检验、留一交叉验证的整体判别率分别为100%、93.8%。利用87Sr/86Sr和多种矿质元素结合化学计量学方法对新疆不同产地甜瓜判别可行。

      The identification model of muskmelon origin was established to provide theoretical basis for the origin traceability of muskmelon. In this study, melon samples were collected from Hami, Turpan, Bazhou and Aksu of Xinjiang. In this study, it was determined that the contents of strontium isotopes (87Sr/86Sr) and various mineral elements of melon species by thermoelectric ionization mass spectrometer and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, and the discriminant analysis model was established in combination with principal components and discriminant analysis in chemometrics to conduct discriminant analysis on melon from different producing areas in Xinjiang. Multiple comparison results showed that Al, Fe and Rb contents of Hami melon were significantly higher than those of Turpan, Bazhou and Aksu. The content of Ca and Na in Melon in Bazhou was significantly higher than that in Turpan, Hami and Aksu. Bazhou and Aksu melon 87Sr/86Sr are significantly higher than Hami and Turpan. Eight mineral elements, including 87Sr/86Sr, Ca, K, Na, V, Cr, Ni, As and Rb, were selected to establish the discriminative model, and the overall discriminative rate of four-ground melon backsubstitute test and retention cross-validation were 100% and 93.8% respectively. It is feasible to discriminate muskmelon from different producing areas in Xinjiang by 87Sr/86Sr and various mineral elements combined with stoichiometry.
