    采用快速简单的共沉淀法合成磁性共价有机骨架材料,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、透射电镜对其进行表征。通过优化吸附剂用量、萃取时间、解吸溶剂、解吸时间和解吸体积等条件,建立了磁固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定烤肉中苯并[a]芘(Benzo[a]pyrene,BaP)的新方法。该方法的线性范围为0.5~100.0 μg/L(R2=0.999 8),检出限(S/N=3)和定量限(S/N=10)分别为0.14 μg/L和0.47 μg/L,日内和日间相对标准偏差(RSDs)分别为3.5%(n=5)和3.9%(n=5)。在此基础上,将该方法应用于烤肉(烤鱼、烤牛肉和烤羊肉)样品中BaP的测定,3种烤肉样品均有BaP检出。通过标准加入法加入3个水平的BaP标准液(10.0、20.0、30.0 ng/g),加标回收率为76.0%~123.4%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~10.6%。

    Abstract:

    The magnetic covalent organic framework was synthesized quickly and easily by the co-precipitation method and characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. A new method for the determination of benzo[a]pyrene (BaP) in roast meat by magnetic solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography was developed based on the optimization of experimental conditions such as adsorbent dose, extraction time, desorption solvent, desorption time and volume. The linear range of the method was 0.5~100.0 μg/L (R2=0.999 8), the limit of detection (S/N=3) and the limit of quantitation (S/N=10) were 0.14 μg/L and 0.47 μg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of the intra-day (n=5) and inter-day(n=5) were 3.5% and 3.9%, respectively. On this basis, this method was successfully applied to the determination of BaP in roast meats (grilled fish, beef and mutton) and BaP was detected in all three samples. The recoveries were in the range from 76.0% to 123.4% at three spiked concentrations (10.0, 20.0, 30.0 ng/g) by standard addition method, and the relative standard deviation was 1.7%~ 10.6%.
