Abstract:In this study, response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize the medium compositions for Trichoderma viride growth with the colony growth diameter of T.viride as index.According to the single-factor experiments, three levels of the factors(carbon source addition, nitrogen source addition and phosphorus source addition) were selected for the central composite design to establish a quadric regression equation, and RSM was employed to optimize. The results showed that the optimal conditions for Trichoderma viride were 2.11% glucose,0.15% alanine and 0.3% KH2PO4.Under these conditions, the colony growth diameter of T.viride reached at 78.00 mm,which t was almost equal to the estimated value 77.87mm(CI>95%).
