    摘要:

    从甘蔗渣滤泥中筛得一株具有漆酶活性的细菌SYBC starX,通过16S rRNA基因序列分析,并结合生理生化实验及形态学观察,鉴定为考克氏菌属(Kocuria);利用液态发酵法研究了碳源、氮源、金属离子对其发酵产漆酶的影响,确定菌株SYBC starX的最优碳源为15 g/L α-乳糖,最佳氮源为40 g/L大豆蛋白胨,最适铜离子和锰离子的浓度分别为3 mmol/L和0.4 mmol/L。

    Abstract:

    A strain with laccase activity,,which was screened from bagasse filter mud,was named as SYBC X1. On the basis of its 16S rRNA gene-sequencing analysis,morphological observation,physiological and biochemical tests,the strain of bacteria X1 was classified as the genus of Kocuria. The effects of carbon sources,nitrogen sources and metal ions on laccase production were studied by liquid fermentation. The optimal carbon source was α-lactose(15 g/L) and the optimal nitrogen source was soy peptone(40 g/L). The concentrations of cupric ion and manganese ion were optimized as 3 mmol/L and 0.4 mmol/L,respectively.
