    摘要:

    研究了Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47对亚硝酸盐的降解能力及影响因素。结果表明,B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47具有降解亚硝酸盐的能力,当亚硝酸盐质量浓度为50~200 mg/L时,菌株对亚硝酸盐的降解率均高于99%。有氧培养条件下菌种最终OD600为2.34,缺氧培养下为1.07,但两者最终降解率均高于99%并且降解率与生长曲线趋势一致。在30~40 ℃范围内,亚硝酸盐降解率达到99%以上。接种体积分数选择1%为最佳。

    Abstract:

    Ability of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 to degrade nitrite and the effect of fermentation condition on degradation of nitrite by B.amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 was studied. The results showed that among the nitrite concentration of 50~200 mg/L,nitrite degradation rate by B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 was more than 99%. The OD600 of B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 under aerobic cultivation was 2.34,while under anaerobic cultivation was 1.07. However,nitrite degradation by B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 under both cultivation were more than 99% and the tread of degradation rate is in line with the growth. Among the temperature of 30~40 ℃,the nitrite degradation rate was more than 99%. Inoculation1% had benefited on nitrite degradation.
