    摘要:

    建立了动物源性食品中65种兽药残留的快速提取、净化及超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。采用乙腈-甲酸溶液为提取溶剂。通过固相萃取柱(ProElut PLS-A)对提取液进行净化,采用多反应监测模式检测。65种目标化合物呈现良好的线性关系,定量限为0.1~1.6 μg/kg,大部分兽药残留的回收率在67. 1%~100. 2%之间,相对标准偏差小于7.8%(n=3)。建立的方法适用于动物源性食品中65种兽药残留快速检测分析。

    Abstract:

    An analytical method was established for rapid detection of 65 veterinary drug residues in animal origin foods by UHPLC-MS/MS. The samples were extracted with a mixture of acetonitrile and formic acid. The resulting solution was purified by the solid phase extraction column with ProElut PLS-A.The analytes were detected in the multiple reaction monitoring mode.The 65 target compounds showed good linearity(r>0.99). The limits of quantification ranged from 0.1 to 1.6 μg/kg. The average recoveries of most veterinary drug residues were in the range of 67. 1%~100.2% and the RSD were less than 7.8%(n=3). The established method is suitable for rapid detection and analysis of 65 veterinary drug residues in animal origin foods.
