Abstract:

Lactobacilli,an important intestinal microbiota in human and animals,plays dominant role on the maintaining of gastrointestinal tract(GIT) stability and the intestinal health.The cell surface layer protein(S-layers,slp) was considered to be exhibited important role on the competitively inhibit pathogens.In this manuscript,the distribution,characters and the study methods were reviewed and introduced.
