    Abstract:

    By using LC-MS analysis,we tested the influence of early bolting on the chemical compositions of Radix Peucedani root(RPR).The results indicated that the types of main compositions of RPR did not change before and after early bolting.Both of them include Pd-Ib,PeucedanumarinII,praeruptorin A,PeucedanumarinI,Praeruptorin D and Parruptorin E.However,the proportion of each composition has changed greatly before and after early bolting.
