    Abstract:

Combine fluorescence PCR and specific antigen-antibody reaction, a rapid and sensitive detection method BPA in food contact materials was developed. After the optimization of the coating antigen concentration, the amounts of probe DNA, and the antibody concentration, BPA detection limit was low as 3.0 fg/g, and the linear concentration range was 0.01~10 pg/g. The recoveries of fruit drinks were 82.8%~115.2%. This method was specific, sensitive, and suitable for trace migration detection research of BPA and other small molecule chemicals.
