    Abstract:

Ability of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 to degrade nitrite and the effect of fermentation condition on degradation of nitrite by B.amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 was studied. The results showed that among the nitrite concentration of 50~200 mg/L,nitrite degradation rate by B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 was more than 99%. The OD600 of B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 under aerobic cultivation was 2.34,while under anaerobic cultivation was 1.07. However, nitrite degradation by B. amyloliquefaciens SYBCH47 under both cultivation were more than 99% and the tread of degradation rate is in line with the growth. Among the temperature of 30~40 ℃,the nitrite degradation rate was more than 99%. Inoculation1% had benefited on nitrite degradation.
