Abstract:

Microcapsule technology has received widespread attention since its invention. In recent years, it has been widely used in various industries. With the continuous development of social technology, stimulus-responsive microcapsules have emerged as the times require, and become a research hotspot because of their unique characteristics. In this paper, different types of stimulus- responsive microcapsules are reviewed, including single stimulus-responsive microcapsules and multi-stimulus responsive microcapsules, and their future development trends are prospected.
